Three for three! This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Tenafly Honda, and I was very happy that they were able to work with me to get the deal for which I was This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Tenafly Honda, and I was very happy that they were able to work with me to get the deal for which I was hoping! I bought a Honda Odyssey back in 2006, and another in 2018. Herbie Rosario was the salesperson that helped me with my second Odyssey. He was so helpful that when my daughter needed a reliable vehicle for her new job, I could not imagine working with anyone other than Herbie and Tenafly Honda. Herbie was very patient with us and our myriad questions, and walked us through every possible scenario (pre-owned vs. new, loan options, etc.). As I said, we walked out with a deal we felt good about. Three days later, he was incredibly gracious as we brought the car back for help with some of the programming of features. His great rapport with his customers doesn't end with the purchase of the vehicle. I feel that I could still come to him with questions about the car I bought two years ago and he would help. That's the relationship you want to have when making such an important purchase! More
