And that is exactly how the deal went...friendly but professional, informative but streamlined! My mom has been leasing Accords for years, and Frank made sure that she was getting the vehicle that was as close as possible to EXACTLY the same as the one mom was turning back in. As to the few new/different features, Frank took the time to fully explain those differences to us so that my mom left the dealership in her new ride feeling comfortable in the car.
