This was actually the third time that I came back to this dealership for leasing new Honda Accord because of Sam, he was warm, polite, and extremely professional, his service and the way he approached and interacted with customers truly made you feel comfortable as if you were at home; Sam answered all my and my parents' questions with great patience and care, and he efficiently guided us through every step of this leasing process without losing sight of being thoughtful, attentive, and understanding to the concern of the customer in front of you. I definitely enjoy the new Honda Accord 2019 I leased today, but it was the extraordinarily distinguished service provided by Sam that made the entire experience so pleasant and memorable. And that is exactly how the deal went...friendly but professional, informative but streamlined! My mom has been leasing Accords for years, and Frank made sure that she was getting the vehicle that was as close as possible to EXACTLY the same as the one mom was turning back in. As to the few new/different features, Frank took the time to fully explain those differences to us so that my mom left the dealership in her new ride feeling comfortable in the car. There is a reason that Frank has been in the car sales business and doing it from the same place for so many years...he has the personality and professionalism that allows him to excel at his job!
