He is someone who I intentionally sought out prior to coming to the dealership Bought my second vehicle from Honda of Tenafly and worked with Matthew. He is someone who I intentionally sought out prior to coming to the dealership since I dealt with him back in October 2018 when I bought a 2018 Honda CRV. My last purchase was a 2016 certified pre owned civic. Above all, excellent customer service. Matthew is extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles at Honda and ensures your customer experience is pleasant to say the least. My recommendation is to only buy from Honda of Tenafly. Made the mistake of going to a couple other honda dealerships and felt like had the usual “used car” salesperson experience we hear about and hate so much. Matthew is your guy! Ask for him and I am positive you will get the same experience I did. I wouldn’t think of going to another dealership and another salesperson. He went above and beyond! Unheard of in these times.
