She was always quick to respond via email and text with all of our questions and followed up with us to ensure we understood and if we had additional questions. The day we came in we met with Lynn who greeted us at the door and was professional,knowledgeable about the car. She was patient and explained everything to us. Then once the final cost was established we met with Steve for the financial aspect which was seamless!
