One of the sleaziest dealers. WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Be warned: This dealer is worst of the worse (car condition and loan issue). Took advantage of me, because I drove over 3 hour WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Be warned: This dealer is worst of the worse (car condition and loan issue). Took advantage of me, because I drove over 3 hours to dealership. If you buying certified Honda, be very wary. Inspect the car, my car had dent and scratches that should not passed the inspection. Contacted dealer next day but no response until few weeks. The manager that contacted me (it looks like it is not working at the dealership anymore) had no feasible solution. Asked me to drive the car from Rochester NY (where my daughter is in collage) to NJ (over 5 hours one way). Also, with the coolant below the low level mark, I suspect the inspection was never performed. However, car was sold as certified pre-own. Furthermore, be prepared to have loan from your own bank. That was my mistake that was later fixed. However, the dealer was deceitful, dishonest and lying about my credit score to push me to higher interest rate of 4.75% (bank kickbacks?) from Capital One. They showed me credit score of 897 and told me that I could not get better rate from my preferred Vision Credit Union because my score was below 900. My mistake was to take my daughter with me (car was for her), because I should have left the dealer at that point. Following week I have contacted my local Vision Credit Union and got my credit score from them that was 917 and informed me that credit score over 650 is A+ rating for them. Furthermore, they informed me that all that information was passed to dealer as well. I have re-financed my loan to 2.50% no problem. Do not be fooled, by smooth talking by Jose Giron or Harry Sagong. They use the sleaziest tactics. Complaint was filed to Honda and the survey was filed accordingly as well. Worst experience ever. More

This was my first interaction with Honda of Tenafly and I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism conducted by my Sales and Leasing Consultant, Anna Marie Kuhn. Not only was she able to answer all my questions and provide me with a new 2019 Honda Pilot EX to replace my 2016 version, she was very patient with regard to ensuring I was able to understand all the functionality and customization of my new Pilot to ensure my driving experience was as turn-key as possible.
