Non complicated service was way overpriced after taking a survey of local competitors. Continued with the service as the dealership was already doing an unrelated recall update and didn’t want to lose anymor survey of local competitors. This was my first visit for inspection and 20,000 mile service and 2 recalls. I was very pleased with the level of customer support and care shown. Scheduling was easy and drop off was fast and efficient. service and 2 recalls. I was very pleased with the level of customer support and care shown. Scheduling was easy and drop off was fast and efficient. Young lady arranged for ride home and within 4 minutes car arrived with a very pleasant driver. Work was completed within 4 hours which was vast improvement over Hempstead Honda service. Only disappointment was the car was not washed upon completion of service but I will not let that deter me from future use of VS Honda service More

After 2 hour wait I found out all work requested was not performed because service technician determined there was not enough tire tread. The decision to rotate tires should have been mine. Tech should have performed because service technician determined there was not enough tire tread. The decision to rotate tires should have been mine.
