Took the car in for a recall, was told there was 2 recalls to address. Asked if I was waiting for the car. Said no, call me when it’s done. Told it would take 2 hours or so. 6 hours later no call to p recalls to address. Asked if I was waiting for the car. Said no, call me when it’s done. Told it would take 2 hours or so. 6 hours later no call to pick up the car. BUT 2 yes, 2 calls from sales wanting to know if I wanted to sell the car.,each time said I did not want to sell but I do want my car back, each time I was told the couldn’t help me because they were sales not service. Sooo I just went in and asked for the car. They had a hard time locating it. I will never go back to this place again. PS the intake clerk (Brandon)?tried very hard to fix the problem for me. He was the only saving grace in that interaction with the dealership. I feel sorry for him to have to work there. More

The service adviser was not knowledgeable about the dealer’s promotional advertisements. When I tried to redeem a competitor’s coupon, I was denied stating they do not honor competitor’s coupons but th dealer’s promotional advertisements.
