My experience with Honda of Valley Stream was GREAT! ! From speaking with a sales rep on the phone to physically stepping into the dealership EVERYONE was welcoming and offered help. Nikolaos Tserpelis was the sales rep that helped me purchase my new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and helped me make the right purchase for my budget. I am very happy with my new SUV & I wished more Honda dealerships were more focused on the customers needs rather than trying to make a quick sale. I felt very comfortable here and didn’t feel any pressure to buy right away…. like the other dealerships I visited. HONDA of VALLEY STREAM has a GREAT TEAM keep doing what you guys do, will DEFINITELY go back for future needs. Thank You So Much =) I think and I know the Finance Manager Gabe could have given me a better interest rate he told me he couldn't, I ended up refinancing with a credit union that provided me a way better interest rate that the Honda Finance Manager could have given me with my credit score, thats the only thing I would suggest as a change other than that everything was Great ! More
