Was able to book an appointment via the website for the next day. The check in process was very well run. My car was fixed the same day and the problem has been resolved. Great service, staff are efficient and good customer service. Amrin was very accomodating, even if it’s her day off, she showed up to ensure the transaction is done. The service team was great as usual, but the tires on by Nov 2020 Civic needed replacing after less than 30,000 miles. I drive 200 miles a week on nice Nassau County, NY roads. So corporate Honda uses cheaper tires on new cars so they can make extra money on replacement tires that prematurely wear out compared to regular tires, which normally wear out between 50,000-60,000. Factor that it when buying a new Honda, because I know I will. More

I received a transmission system problem warning alert on my 2017 Honda pilot. I brought the car in for service and later received a phone call from service representative, Brandon. Brandon made assumptions my 2017 Honda pilot. I brought the car in for service and later received a phone call from service representative, Brandon. Brandon made assumptions about prior service and was not able to explain why the technician recommended a certain repair. After answering Brandon‘s questions and asking questions of him, I did not have any confidence in the recommended course of action. I advised Brandon not to do any of the work and that I would pick up the vehicle. While at the cashier paying almost $200 for a diagnosis that Brandon stated may not even fix the issue, I asked for any documentation to let me know what diagnostic tests were performed. Brandon came over and rudely stated that I had to pay the fee. I agreed that I would pay the fee, but that I wanted to know what work was done to figure out why they wanted to flush the atf three times. (The atf was changed approximately a year and three months prior). after going home and doing my own research, I found a technical service bulletin (17–014). According to the TSB, a software update was recommended as well as flushing the ATF three times. The software update was never mentioned by Brandon. Further, according to the TSB the work appears to be covered under a warranty of eight years or 80,000 miles, which ever comes first. My vehicle has approximately 45,000 miles and is approximately 5.5 years old. More
