Very disjointed experience. 2 sales reps competed for my business and made it difficult to understand who to deal with for the deal. Picking up the car the paperwork was not completed nor was the car prepped was and still on the floor. It was a specialty car which I overpaid 10k for which I understand due to the market. When taking pocession of the car no one asked if I had any questions and some kid threw me the keys. I noticed a scratch on the car and showed the manager which he was uninteresting in addressing and had me take it to the detailer to buff out. What I found baffling was no one said thank you for buying the most expensive car on the lot, my sales rep or the manager. My suggestion is to rethink the customer experience it was not great. The car is great though. More
