I had an appointment for my first oil change and I wanted the Dealer to check on my "Tire pressure low light", which had been on since we got the car. I was told that I had to arrive early for a "Diagnostic" the Dealer to check on my "Tire pressure low light", which had been on since we got the car. I was told that I had to arrive early for a "Diagnostic" check for the warning sensor. I explained all of this to the Service Advisor when I arrived. After four hours and every other Customer was gone, a different Service Advisor told me my oil change was done and NO diagnostic was done ! So I waited 4 hours for an oil change and the Service Advisor had ignored my concern about the faulty sensor. I than complained and spoke to Alex and he went over the issue with me. After some calibration, the sensor is off ,but i do not feel the issue is resolved. I called to speak with Willie the Manager and he never bothered to call back.The Dealership only called me back to report to me that I missed my appointment !! More

Excellent service provided always. Staff do not hesitate to call Endurance Warranty to confirm what they will pay for. That is quite taxing, but they make the time to call them.
