I visited this dealership twice before I finally purchased my used 2018 Honda Accord. Customer service was pretty good and pricing was always straightforward - did not drastically veer away from the purchased my used 2018 Honda Accord. I'd give them 5 stars but the salesperson did not fill up my gas tank, detail the seats and fix a broken part as he promised to do. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase experience. Took over 60 days to get an appointment for a safety recall. Did not want to take a chance and use the car during that time. When I asked why so long, was told they only do limited recall work daily. Car went to dealer in showroom shape, came back dirty with greasy hand prints and bird poop on it from where they parked it. I mentioned it to the attendant, but got no response. Took car home and washed. Overall dealership was nothing special. People not that friendly. Maybe Monday's are a bad day there. Hopefully I will never have to go back. Sorry for the bad review, but this is how it was. More
