Had an appointment for 9:40 am Tuesday to check battery that died on Saturday. Bought battery 09/21/20. At 11:00 am no one said anything. I went to check and was told it was on machine. The service as always was excellent to the exception rotate and balance service which only rotation was done even the entire service has been billed. Also dropped car off @ 1:20p and received a call @ rotate and balance service which only rotation was done even the entire service has been billed. Also dropped car off @ 1:20p and received a call @ 515p. When I arrived @ 545p the entire shop was closed and the valet team seemed annoyed after knocking to enter the premises. While paying for the bill, the cashier radioed the pickup for my car and after finalizing he paperwork for 10 minutes still waited for another 5 min for the car even though no other customer was present. Please your staff that of hours of operations so the customer won’t feel guilty or scolded for arriving within store hours. More
