At Honda of Valley Stream Service our goal is the highest quality service in as reasonable amount of time possible for each day. That will vary depending on multiple factors. In this case, the client did not have an appointment and her vehicle was taken back for service at 9:55 am and was returned to her at 11:54. We feel an approximate two-hour turnaround is not a bad time when there is not an appointment booked for the service. We work on non-appointment vehicles as quickly as possible making sure to give preference to appointments all while not compromising our quality of work.
