Was not happy with the Service department Window needed a regulator and service said the window didn’t work because of the rain guard. We gave permission to service dept on the phone to remove the guard a a regulator and service said the window didn’t work because of the rain guard. We gave permission to service dept on the phone to remove the guard and they refused. I had to go all the way back to valley stream take off the window guard. My car sat there for another half an hour. They said they looked at it again and that the car was fine. The truth is they never even looked at the car again. The car was in the same exact spot. Absolutely ridiculous would never go back to this service department again More
