My vehicle is less than 6 months old and I was t having an issue with the audio system. After I explained the problem I was experiencing and the service advise felt it was necessary to advised me that "if an issue with the audio system. He advised me that they would not be able complete a diagnostic on my vehicle today and I would have to leave it overnight. He stated he would call me following day with an update. When I did not receive a call my 1:00 PM the following I called the service advisor. I got his voicemail and left a message. 2 hours past and there was not return call. I called again in effort see if my vehicle would be ready for pick or not so I could plan accordingly. I spoke with a staff member and requested a return call. I received a text message about an hour later advising me they were still working on my vehicle. To make the experience even worse if the fact he refused to accept my maintenance plan. More
