Initially met with Clara who did not make me feel safe about leaving my car here. Felt like another number. I decided not to leave my car initially. Service needs to be properly updated in a timely manner and the service center needs to start upholding everything that comes with services in the contract. I had an issue with the service scheduling and when I went back Tony the Manager was very helpful. He took the time to listen and solve my problems with in a timely fashion.
