I found myself in a very difficult situation after purchasing a vehicle from another dealership that unfortunately led to significant mechanical issues. It was a stressful experience that I would not wish on anyone. Throughout the entire process, Willie Mejia was understanding, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best possible solution. He took the time to explain my options and worked with me every step of the way. What impressed me most was that he didn't just offer one or two solutions—he presented multiple options and helped me make an informed decision based on my circumstances.
Kevin Singh was professional and communicative throughout the service process, keeping me informed and helping me understand what was happening with my vehicle.
In the end, thanks to the support and teamwork of the Honda of Valley Stream staff, I was able to move forward and drive away in a brand-new vehicle. I would also like to thank Ada Ovalles and Gary Lin for helping finalize the purchase and making the process smooth and stress-free.
