The manager, Willie Mejia, is very unprofessional. He was combative and dismissive. I shouldve listened to all the hundreds of yelp reviews warning about not going to this service center. Accurate and precise service. I was guided from arrival with my vehicle on what is required and the steps that would follow. The waiting area is spacious and clean with snacks and coffee for customers. Whe with my vehicle on what is required and the steps that would follow. The waiting area is spacious and clean with snacks and coffee for customers. When the vehicle was ready for pickup, the employees made sure to call me as quickly as possible. Covid protocol was followed regarding maintaining proper space and hand sanitizer is made available. The checkout was a quick experience. All in all I recommend this location for maintenance on my Honda lease. More
