Service team is rated a 10, but their IT department should be fired because the website is so messed up. When you mention this to the service team, they say management does not care. Examples are when it takes 4 weeks to make an online appointment but you can get same week if you call in. Also, I am sitting in the waiting room for arrive and I keep getting text messages saying I missed my appointment and if I wanted to reschedule. Use the dealership annually for a checkup. This time, no one went over the work that was performed when I paid the bill. They DID tell me what was being done beforehand and I approved the work, but expected one went over the work that was performed when I paid the bill.
