I came in to speak with Willie Mejia about my defective gas gauge and malfunctioning information display when I use Apple CarPlay. After sitting in my car for 30 minutes to make two phone calls and turning gas gauge and malfunctioning information display when I use Apple CarPlay. After sitting in my car for 30 minutes to make two phone calls and turning on the Bluetooth, Willie came back and told me that the issue is with my phone and to make sure my gas tank is always full so I don’t have to be concerned about the tank being empty. Needless to say, my car still has a malfunctioning display and a defective gas gauge. I will never go back to Honda Valley Stream Service Center again. They are extremely unprofessional and dishonest, especially with women. More

I went in to do some routine maintenance from the list I was provided the time I visited. Upon completion of the maintenance I returned home. Next day, a warning light about tire pressure low kept coming was provided the time I visited. Upon completion of the maintenance I returned home. Next day, a warning light about tire pressure low kept coming on every time I start my vehicle, so I returned to Honda. After double checking the problem was not resolved, I then paid additional $ for car updates then the warning light came off. I’m pleased to see the warning light is off, not happy I had to pay for updates, I felt that should come with the territory. For example when u purchase a cellphone you don’t pay for updates that’s part of owning the products. More
I felt the person that we dealt with was not responsive to our needs. Multiple time he did not call us back as promised. We had to chase after him to get information.
