I would have rated this dealer 5 stars,but I had to stop 4 days later to have my tire pressure checked because the tire pressure signal came on. The tires were to be rotated and the pressure checked. I've had issues with this dealership from the beginning and should've followed my 1st instinct and just returned the car. They gave me the run around about fixing something they told me wasn't gonna be a p and should've followed my 1st instinct and just returned the car. They gave me the run around about fixing something they told me wasn't gonna be a problem fixing before I signed on the dotted line. Eventually it was fixed but the things I had to go through in order to get that done was RIDICULOUS. My touch screen glitches and they can't seem to tell me why. I bought my car in May of this yr btw. Fast forward to my 1st maintenance service. After I left I now have a "tire pressure monitor problem" message coming up on my dash so I take it back. They check the tire pressure and tell me everything should be fine now. If it happens again to just bring it back. It happened again before I could even get home. The general manager helps me out the 2nd time I'm there for the day and he tells me that there are other issues which is triggering the message. Which of course I dont quite understand but now I have to make ANOTHER appointment to have them hook up my car to find out what is wrong and I don't even know if this stuff will be covered under my warranty. Again I BOUGHT THIS CAR IN MAY 2021. I am TOTALLY disgusted and disappointed with this whole situation. My 1st car buying experience was HORRIBLE. The only reason I didn't give 0 stars is because there are SOME nice people there but it wasn't much they could do for me. I would NOT send anyone here to buy a car. More
Service dept had me tow my car from home to service dept in order to get a masterkey replacement for my Honda Civic. When I got the car towed there, was informed that dealership ran out of masterkeys a coup in order to get a masterkey replacement for my Honda Civic. When I got the car towed there, was informed that dealership ran out of masterkeys a couple of months ago and did not know when they will be resupplied. The services dept than charged my $250, the cost of a masterkey, for a valet key. Then said if I return for the masterkey, I will need ro pay an additional $175. This outfit is totally unethical. Will not buy another car from that dealership nor use their service dept. More
