I have been dealing with this dealership since 2002. 19 years and 4 Hondas later, it has grown in size operating in a brand new and in my opinion , a well appointed service facility. Thanks to COVID , gone years and 4 Hondas later, it has grown in size operating in a brand new and in my opinion , a well appointed service facility. Thanks to COVID , gone are the bagel and coffee, and USA daily. Nonetheless, it is not the facility that makes a good dealership alone. It’s the people. I get the impression there is quite a turnover in service advisors. The crew is completely new. PS I was pleasantly surprised when Clara apologized for the many hours of waiting to get my car back. In all the time , I waited there, nobody did that. More
My car was left for a diagnostic test overnight. The following day I was called early in the morning by my assigned service person, stating the car was there and a review of why the car was there and I following day I was called early in the morning by my assigned service person, stating the car was there and a review of why the car was there and I would receive a follow up call once the diagnostic test is done. However, later in the day about 3:30 I had to call for a follow up and at that point the diagnostic was not done. I was given a call back about 4:30 and at that point the issue my car has and still have couldn’t be duplicated at that time of the day and because it was hot. Has instructed on my note when I left the car, the issue is upon cold start. So, late in the day when my call was returned the service person gave me a guess as to what the issue is. When I picked up my car, about 5:45pm, the service person assigned was not in, no one knew where my paper work was and when the paper work was found it didn’t detail what the issue was for the car. I was informed the technician was not in, also. But, I would receive the detailed information the following day. I am still without an explanation because a diagnostic test was not done. Which was the reason I left my car overnight for. More
