Came in for NY state inspection. Quick and easy check-in, helpful and friendly as usual. Had to text for an update after almost 3 hrs of waiting but once I did within minutes Kevin c Quick and easy check-in, helpful and friendly as usual. I had an appointment for 7:15am for an oil change approximately 9:00 am I was told they started working on the car. Was out after 10:00am . Feel it was much of a wait for an oil change. Air filters c approximately 9:00 am I was told they started working on the car. Was out after 10:00am . Feel it was much of a wait for an oil change. Air filters change was recommended . Overall I will visit again. I have been going to Paragon Honda for over 5 years . Hope to make you my preferred service center. More
