Toni Rivera was our salesperson. On our first visit, we made it clear that we were really just looking to see what vehicles we would considering buying when we were ready. (At some dealerships, the salespeople totally ignored us or pushed us into the finance department before even letting us look at a car. ) In spite of knowing we were still just in the preliminary process of deciding whether to even get a new car, she took her time and let us proceed at our own pace, no pressure. When we decided a few months later and it came to buying a vehicle, she met our goals on price and options and got us the vehicle we wanted quickly so we could drive away totally satisfied. Great experience! More
