This is more of a Honda Corporate issue, but the dealerships can push upward for change. I have a 2017 Honda Ridgeline that has an open recall for a bed cover. The truck has never had one on or is going to have one as long as I own it. I’ve been told by the dealership that this recall can not be closed due to the fact that someday someone else might own this truck. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this one out. Put a side note on all bedcovers made by Honda that a part needs to be changed out before an install. I know this is picky, but I’m tired of being told I have an open recall. Honda Corporate figured it out!!!!!! More

My Granddaughter has not been impressed with the service department, even if it is scheduled service twice, I have had to wait 2hrs for parts to bee delivered. Also had truck for year and half still have department, even if it is scheduled service twice, I have had to wait 2hrs for parts to bee delivered. Also had truck for year and half still have not received broken seat belt replaced on “ we owe” service after the sale has been a disappointment More
