Only error was his thinking the original tires were rated at 60K miles; it's Best buy a car experience so far. Fred Sellers really knows his stuff. Only error was his thinking the original tires were rated at 60K miles; it's only 36K. Most impressed by his diligence in following up to make sure a deficiency (alignment) and missing items (second FOB) were taken care of promptly. User manual inadequacy led to confusion about how to set the memory driving positions, but Fred quickly clarified how to do it.
