I took my 2016 HRV in because I had a maintenance alert that I needed transmission service. I took my car in November 2020 and in January 2021, my transmission went out. I have received no support or help that I needed transmission service. I took my car in November 2020 and in January 2021, my transmission went out. I have received no support or help from this service department!! Terrible service. Would never recommend this dealermy car had 103,000 miles. They definitely did something during my service to make my transmission fail. Don’t trust them!!!! More

Fantastic people, easy to work with. Told Kristal what I was looking for in a Honda and actually Honda had more to offer in a car than the brand of car that I traded in and actually more options were in the was looking for in a Honda and actually Honda had more to offer in a car than the brand of car that I traded in and actually more options were in the Honda than the same level of a different 2021 brand of car.
