FABULOUS EXPERIENCE I wasn’t really looking for a car. I was open to it but knew it was a possibility I probably would not get approved from the term and payment I could I wasn’t really looking for a car. After getting my 2011 Honda serviced, a service representative referred me to the sales manager who then introduced me to Zack Hewit my salesman. From start to finish I was very pleased with my experience. Zack was honest and helped me to upgrade to a 2019 Honda Accord sport. Sam F. And Clay F. worked more than overtime to get my approval through Honda finance Corporation at the rates and payments needed. I told these guys when I started I only wanted to process my application through one bank. I did not want all those hits on my credit report. They respected My wishes. Clay Fenwich was amazing at explaining everything!!! I was so afraid because this was my first time ever purchasing a car on my own. These guys made the process worth while and smooth. Again BIG THANKS TO ZACK HEWIT, CLAY FENWICH, and SAM FACHOURI. Thanks for taking your job serious and being so patient and kind with me. Amazing Experience Well, it's been 27 years since I purchased a new vehicle. I was expecting the "vultures" to attach as soon as we got out of the truck. To our surpri Well, it's been 27 years since I purchased a new vehicle. I was expecting the "vultures" to attach as soon as we got out of the truck. To our surprise only one salesman approached us and asked if we were there so see anyone in particular. We told him that we had an appointment with Sam Rodriguez. We went inside and they had Sam come out to meet us. Sam is as nice a gentleman as you could ever want to meet. He already knew, from an e-mail, that I was interested in a Ridgeline. After introductions and a little chit chat, he went an got a Ridgeline for me to test drive. Sam was very knowledgeable about the truck and was giving us little tidbits of information about it all during the test drive. Between him, myself and Rory Broderick, we came to an agreement on price and I made the down payment. They didn't have to color I wanted so we had to wait until the following Saturday to pick it up. Sam met us at the door and handed e the keys and said, "Lets take your new Ridgeline for a ride". Once we got back,the rest of the transaction was a breeze. There were a couple of miscommunication issues, but over all it went well. Sam Fakhouri worked with us to get the interest rate I wanted and was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone that we came in contact with at Honda of the Avenues was extremely helpful and courteous. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, especially Sam Rodrigues to anyone!! More
