The only negative thing is that my car that I bought from Krytal Knight in 2015 was a lemon! A recall that should have been taken care of by 100,000 miles was not taken care of before my purchase at 97,000 miles. I spent over $1,000 dollars within 6 months of purchasing it. I discovered the recall at 100,200 miles! In the first year I was stranded and had to be towed 3 times. Your service dept. is good but your sales are dishonest! More

The salesperson (Morris Rashwan) was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of showing us the car on our first visit and explaining all of the features. When we came back two days later to purchase a car, we were able to reach an agreement on price with the sales manager without hassle and he made a point of mentioning his appreciation for our previous business with them. Our visit with the financial manager was also handled professionally and without pressure. Overall, my wife and I found this to be a very pleasant experience. We have had our other car serviced there for the past few years, so are confident we will continue to receive excellent service from Bobby Howard and the service staff. More
