I bought a new honda insight in 2020 from this dealership and had a good experience with sales and service. Unfortunately, the car was in an accident and was a complete loss according to the insurance compa and had a good experience with sales and service. Looking for a replacement car was difficult at the end of 2021 because both new and used inventory was low across the industry. Online searches showed considerable lack of vehicles I wanted to buy in the price range, and location. Fortunately, this dealership keep me aware of what they had available for the month of December and finally something popped up. I am very grateful for their diligence and attention to my needs. But it wasn't just the sales part that was beneficial to me. The Finance person, Sam Fakhouri, found the most competitive loan rate from a local credit union. He saved me over $100 a month from the rate I was given by my bank. He also ensured the vehicle became certified which extended the warranty period to 7 years and 100,000 miles. In addition, features from the old extended warranty I had on the previous car were transferred to this car giving me added protection. All this took place in less than 2 days. It would probably have been sooner, but I had to get information from the insurance company about the previous car. Did I get a good price for the vehicle I bought? Based on my research, it was quite competitive. However, in this market, prices were elevated. But this also meant that a got a good settlement from the insurance company. So, it was a wash. Another reason I feel good about doing business with this dealership is because of the service department leadership, specially, Steve Cole. Dealing with him with my former car was always a pleasure because he is knowledgeable, gets things done and resolves issues quickly. More
