I was forgotten, waited 2.5 hours for my first oil change and tire rotation. The service writer who checked me out was rude and could not have cared less about me having waited so long with a scheduled service appt. I really did not want to return. However, since I just purchased my Honda here, I thought I would give The Avenues another chance. Ryan made everything right. He went out of his way to make me feel special and appreciated for my loyalty. I will return!! Ryan is my service writer from now on!!!! More

Mirror issue I took my civic in for a mirror issue, because it was still under warranty, and was told the issue was due to damage on my end.
