Took my 2010 Accord in for 48,000 mi check-up. My car passed w/Flying Colors. They washed my car and all the nasty pollen was gone YAY! Their only recommendation, based on the review, was a need for new wiper blades. I totally agreed and they were installed. The new Shuttle Driver, Gary, was terrific & helped me out by taking back home and picking me up so that tasks at home could be handled while the car was being assessed. When I checked out, they advised me of the next 3 recommended visits and the associated costs. It's so good to be prepared for expenses relating to our vehicles. Bobby Howard was my Service Advisor and I think he will be a great replacement for Mike Morse who handled my servicing for a few years, before he left this dealership. I'm totally SOLD on Honda of the Avenues. More

Went Above and Beyond! Linda was AWESOME. She knew I just moved from out of state to FL and needed a vehicle asap due to I was having constant registration issues. That nigh Linda was AWESOME. She knew I just moved from out of state to FL and needed a vehicle asap due to I was having constant registration issues. That night on 3/4/15 Rory and Linda tried so hard to work with me and get me an approval asap. Of course banks were closed so I had to wait the following day 3/5/15 to get a result and to hear that Mr. Apollo was able to make it happened. That very night I drove off with my '15 Civic(which I love) and finally had a car I may register with no problem. Also, on 3/26/15 I called Linda when I got out of work to tell her my husband needs a vehicle asap. Linda was Great again, had my husband go in the next day 3/27/15 got him a new '15 Fit and were able to get him out the door in a timely manner. Apollo and Linda were Understanding, Patience, and went Above and Beyond to assist us within this month. I would recommend this Honda to anyone and also ask for Linda she is GREAT!!! You will not be disappointed! If you need things to get done then Apollo is your Guy he was Awesome!!! Thank you both for everything you did. It was very much appreciated. More

Never been happier I have truly never been happier with a dealer. I leased my car without having to haggle. Coming in for service is always a good experience. They keep you updated when necessary, and there are many seating option in the waiting area along with free coffee and often bakery items. I usually bring work with me and sit at one of their customer desks. I'll be a continuing customer for sure. More

Routine service! Ever since I have owned my first honda which has not been very long, the service here and employees alike even extended to the shuttle guy, they all h Ever since I have owned my first honda which has not been very long, the service here and employees alike even extended to the shuttle guy, they all have been beyond amazing & knowledgable! Our very first stop with them to replace our AC they got us in and out in a timely manner and went above and beyond for us!! We have never had a issue with anything here and everyone has always made our experience the best!!! We live in Ga. And have another dealership near us but I'd rather drive the extra miles to go here than anywhere else! And I've never even tried the other dealership, it's just that this one had me at first service!!! :) Love love love Honda of the avenues! More

Oil/filter change Reception was exceptionally slow for scheduled service. Only 1 car in front of me and still had a 5 minute wait time for key turn in. 4 guys sitting Reception was exceptionally slow for scheduled service.
