Service has declined since 2007 I am a long time customer. Bought a brand new car in 2007 and then another in 2011. Had all my service for both vehicles there. First car buying expe I am a long time customer. Bought a brand new car in 2007 and then another in 2011. Had all my service for both vehicles there. First car buying experience was fair. I had some complaints and dealership addressed and worked it out. Same with the service and because I built a relationship with service personnel I decided to buy my second car there in 2011. I had a few issues with that and since then, service area has gone way down. They do not keep me informed of when things are due for service like they use to nor do they tell me of immediate problems. I complained and yes they corrected that issue and I have returned once since then and service is still not like it use to be. Considering all the little issues when buying and now the quality of service is lacking more and more, I am taking my service for both vehicles to another dealership as well as purchase my next Honda somewhere else. Seems they have gotten to busy to take care of and provide the attention to returning customers. More

Bad Experience in buying a New car I had a bad experience, to start with, they quote you a price and when you drive to the showroom to buy the car then they provide you a different quot I had a bad experience, to start with, they quote you a price and when you drive to the showroom to buy the car then they provide you a different quote. The funny part is the sales woman didn't know what she is selling (Few examples, she shows the normal carpet in the car as "All weather floor mats" and manufacture provided windows as tinted glass). Same old sales gimmick, manager denies to provide you off and there will be another salesman waiting outside to convince you with their presidents award and how they love their customers.. I would advise to avoid this dealer. More

I initially contacted the dealership through TruCar and was told to ask for Gabriel Valenzuela. Gabriel was not there the day that I went in but I was able to talk to him on the phone. He put me in touch was told to ask for Gabriel Valenzuela. Gabriel was not there the day that I went in but I was able to talk to him on the phone. He put me in touch with his associate, Khalid Hadaad who was extremely informative and able to answer all of my questions. My initial intention was to visit several dealerships in the area including a Toyota dealership but Khalid's personal attention, patience and willingness to compromise clenched the deal for me. I will definitely recommend this dealership in the future. More
