Had a flat. They patched it. Brian took good care of me and my family. There was even a moment when my toddler ran out into the highway after a toy -- Brian ran They patched it. There was even a moment when my toddler ran out into the highway after a toy -- Brian ran out in front of the oncoming cars, grabbed my kid, and did a full slide across the hood of a Tesla going 20 mph with my kid in his arms. He didn't even make a big about it. Handed me the kid and the toy and called another customer and filled him in on his car's oil change. Brian's the real deal. More

Took three visits to the dealership to find out what was wrong with my car. Gave me an estimate to get the car fixed on another issue turned out. It was the wrong car.. Long delays between diagnostics to installation to more diagnostics. I didn't get many updates unless I called to find out what is going on. I understand that the repairs were complex and time consuming an diagnostics. I didn't get many updates unless I called to find out what is going on. I understand that the repairs were complex and time consuming and my insurance company wasn't easy to work with. When the repairs were completed, my vehicle was back to normal like nothing happened. Excellent work as always, just wish the communication between the service department and the insurance company was better. More
