It was an awful exp but also funny. Asked about the visor if they could look at tha and take off. The man said that was against the law to have that remove. The car seat was jacked up all the way to bak when I got it back, steering wheel was lowered . No paper mats used. I asked for ride to work it was 11 miles or less if I walked to front of dealership and the man said no. Honda will not even want to do anything over 10 miles. Asked if I was going to wait 3+ hours. I called and had someone from work to get me. We will not be using them for service at work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations. Regarding the seat and steering wheel position, our technicians may adjust these briefly during service in order to safely move and inspect the vehicle. They are not intentionally left altered, and we apologize if they were not returned exactly to your preferred settings. In reference to the visor request, certain components cannot legally be removed or modified due to federal safety regulations. It appears we could have communicated that more clearly, and we apologize for any confusion or frustration that may have caused. As for transportation, we do operate within a general mileage guideline for our courtesy shuttle. While we occasionally make exceptions, extending beyond our normal radius can tie up our driver and unintentionally delay other customers who are waiting for transportation. That said, we are sorry we were not able to accommodate your request that day and understand how inconvenient that must have been. Regarding the paper floor mats, protective mats are placed in vehicles during service to help keep the interior clean. They are removed when the vehicle is pulled around for customer pickup, which is why they may not have been visible at delivery. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Customer experience is extremely important to us, and we will be reviewing your feedback with our team to ensure clearer communication moving forward. If you would like to discuss your visit further, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly.

I understand Honda has guidelines on mileage b it also for helping customers and only 1 mile over I feel excuses should not be made. Especially when it’s customer service and future potential customers. Thank you for excuses and I will not take or sale my Honda in future if I know service will be like this.
