I love having an advisor because it's like having a friend in the right place.Purchased my 21 pilot there & do ALL my maintenance there. When I purchased my vehicle with you all I got an oil change package. Every time I got one I would always ask how many I had left. All my lights on dash are lighting randomly and go off randomly. I just spent over 1000 in repairs in November and Bobby was my advisor and agreed to all major issues to be repaired. Now in January all of sudden dash error lights all appeared at same time randomly. So I went mid January’s to service department to have car evaluation since it has been less than 6 months of repairs. So, Randy assist me due to Bobby being off that day. Randy has arrange a comp car until my car had been evaluated. Then they said my license were suspended in WA a state I had not been or lived in over 10 years with valid Florida license. So I went to DMV to clear that incorrect information I was told it could have a glitch by DMV. I also had email that stated I owed WA and has been a resident of Florida over 10 years. Was told Manager of rental department she could not comp me a car with all information provided to her from DMV that Randy approved to comp car for evaluation. So I have been to get car service 2 times now to no avail no one has contacted me back as I end this email even left message w Service manager. So at this time you all liable for anything that happens to my car since you are aware of issues and aware I have valid FL License and valid insurance. The experience with the dealership overall was OK. I was just taking it back by the lack of a personality that my service advisor had. I know it was the end of the day and maybe he was just over it bu I was just taking it back by the lack of a personality that my service advisor had.
