me and my son went to honda at the avenue and salesman angel approach us amd ask if we need help and we answer yes he ask me what kind of car are we looking for i told him any car that on our budget and u angel approach us amd ask if we need help and we answer yes he ask me what kind of car are we looking for i told him any car that on our budget and used not brandnew firts he show to us a toyota camry it looks good but high mileage and then he show to us a 2020 honda acccord looks brandnew with 31k miles on it with 100k miles and 2 years waranty because its a certified by honda we ask how much would be the montly payment and he told us some figure number i told him we cannot afford it and told hom we leaving but he told is see what je can so and ask his boss ot takes about 1 hour off bagaining and i told angel we just go o dont want to waste your time angel keep talking to us and to his boss until we agree and his boss about the payment ang the figure of the payment window price of the car is 23594 and the went down to 20594 we have a used 2013 honda civic with 165k miles on it plus to many problem to fix about 4k and i ask them how much would they give me trade in on my civic they the boss said 1500 because of the problem and isaid no they ask me me how much i want i told the boss at list 3000 it come down to 2800 and we agree angel start to work on paper work and we got the honda accord angel is very honest and kind if im going to buy another car im sure i go back to honda at the avenue and look for angel More

Overall the service was good, I have taken all of our purchased vehicles from Honda to your dealership. On this last service I was slightly that the service took longer than expected due to parts not bei purchased vehicles from Honda to your dealership. On this last service I was slightly that the service took longer than expected due to parts not being available and having to use a rental. I was also slightly disappointed that while the rental was free the fuel was not, and I was given a vehicle that only had a fuel economy of 20 miles per gallon. Where as my civic that was being services gets 37. The service otherwise was great. More
