Great service from start to finish, though the dealership should allow for combining service specials/coupons for customers having multiple services completed in the same visit. For example if all services t should allow for combining service specials/coupons for customers having multiple services completed in the same visit. For example if all services total above $XXX.xx, then one coupon per service can be applied up to $XX.xx just off the top of my head. But except for that everything was great and I’ll consider this location again for my next service and hopefully you’re offering specials to match my service needs at that time! More

Through no fault of their own, the parts did not arrive, the dealership is being remodeled, and it was a three day holiday weekend. Many times when I called for sstatus updates, the phone would not connect the dealership is being remodeled, and it was a three day holiday weekend. Many times when I called for sstatus updates, the phone would not connect ("all lines are busy') or ring continuously. I would like to have been called or texted with updates on the progress during the three day weekend. Also I would like to have been given the "object" or "objects" that caused the break in the moon roof operation. I am challenged to trust that the object caused the body to (bend,warp,distort). I am challenged to trust that the removal and installation process did not (bend,warp,distort). the cars body. Is a moon roof motor so strong that it can (bend,warp,distort).sheet metal?
