The advisor was excellent and keep me informed about my service. After completion of service and before payment, the advisor told me I need new tires. I had a terrible experience, needing to return numerous times to have things put back that were not after the initial repair, fixed, or replaced. I was comped for gas and spoke to managers but have never had such poor service done on my car with the lack of detail and ensuring things are done correctly and the issue is fixed by the mechanics. This visit was by far the best visit to the service center I’ve had since 2015. I was immediately greeted as I pulled up. My assigned service advisor was busy so I was assigned another one right away center I’ve had since 2015. I was immediately greeted as I pulled up. I was given a complimentary vehicle for the day since the recall service was expected to take the full day to be completed. That process was super easy. Picking up my vehicle was quick and efficient.
