Wonderful service! I had an air bag safety recall issue, during a holiday week at what is clearly a very busy dealership. I called in and spoke with Service Adviser Jos I had an air bag safety recall issue, during a holiday week at what is clearly a very busy dealership. I called in and spoke with Service Adviser Josh Stodel. He was efficient and considerate while handling my concerns right away. When I arrived he was wrapping up with another customer and as I waited it was clear that he handles all customers with the same courtesy and efficiency I had received. I have owned my Honda Element for 13 years, excellent service and courteous Honda employees play a big role in my continued satisfaction with Honda. More

60,000 mile check up The service was spot on. I was told before hand what the cost would be and was notified about any additional recommendations. I was also given a loane The service was spot on. I was told before hand what the cost would be and was notified about any additional recommendations. I was also given a loaner car which kept me from having to wait around for my car. That was great. Staff was friendly and professional. I also was able to use a coupon that I had toward my service. I bought my car new in 2010 and will continue to have it serviced at Honda of the Avenues for as long as own the car..which I plan on keeping for a long time.... More

Quick, easy, painless, honest. Had an issue with car battery. Walked in, and was greeted immediately by Josh. Josh helped me understand the issue and how it could be fixed.
