I wanted to send praises to Mike in service as he has always been helpful and answers any questions i or my husband have for him. There is also a porter that is always friendly smiling and helpful as wel always been helpful and answers any questions i or my husband have for him. The service department at Honda at the Avenues charged me $600 plus dollars and could not diagnose the AC issue on 2015 Honda CRV. Quoted an additional $2000 just for further diagnosis, not repair. They ask $600 plus dollars and could not diagnose the AC issue on 2015 Honda CRV. Quoted an additional $2000 just for further diagnosis, not repair. They asked me to change the compressor which was already changed two times. It’s a major computer problem which they don’t know how diagnose or fix. I still don’t have a working AC after spending $2500. I have been a loyal Honda customer, but no more. Very disappointed with the service snd the vehicle. More

Bill ... I've been working with Josh for years and there is a reason I come to him every time I need service, it's because he is exceptional. I trust him with both of our Honda Pilots and actually look for is a reason I come to him every time I need service, it's because he is exceptional. I trust him with both of our Honda Pilots and actually look forward to coming in to work with him. Sure, it's going to cost me money, but I know it will be money well spent and I will leave with the issue resolved. Josh does the hard work in your dealership, he builds and strengthens relationships with customers over years of interactions, some of which can be pretty costly/stressful. The guys in the front only have to deal with a customer for a few days or weeks during the glowing happy times. Josh is there when you need him. I'm grateful, and I hope you are too, to have a Josh on your staff. He's the reason that when it comes time to buy a new car we'll be looking to Honda of the Avenues. More
