My car was taken right away, no waiting. The service person came out and talked to me about my car. Everything was explained to me. However, my first visit was for an oil/filter change and tire rotati person came out and talked to me about my car. Everything was explained to me. Good experience with service advisor. No issue with the service but based on the problem under warranty, I regret buying my first Honda. After just 19K miles, both AC and battery died.
