Airbag recall Scott Cavoores was my service writer. Upon entering he approached me in a cheerful, friendly and professional manner. I explained why I was there and Scott Cavoores was my service writer. Upon entering he approached me in a cheerful, friendly and professional manner. I explained why I was there and that I wanted to make an appointment to have this done. At that point I did not have a ride to get back home and didn’t want to wait. He explained I was eligible for a service loaner and he could get it in the shop right away. I accepted the rental and went home. He called a few hours later and advised me the airbag was done and the technician found a few other items of interest that should be addressed. I agreed and they fixed the other issues. He called a little while later again and said it was complete. When I arrived Scott was helping another customer and another service writer assisted me in Scott’s absence instead of making me wait. I wish I got the other gentleman’s name but I didn’t. Before we finished, Scott returned to help finish my transaction and to say thank you. My overall experience was fantastic. Very good customer service and teamwork. Thank you. More
