I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Honda of the Avenues and I must say it was a complete disappointment. Not only did they fail in costumer service, but they also had the audacity to t Honda of the Avenues and I must say it was a complete disappointment. Not only did they fail in costumer service, but they also had the audacity to try and charge me for a rental car while my new Honda was in for warranty. First and foremost, my 2023 Honda Pilot was still under warranty when I brought it in for repairs. I expected the dealership to handle the repairs without any additional costs. However, to my disbelief, they insisted that I pay for a rental car during the repair period. This is unacceptable considering that the repairs were covered by the warranty. It felt like a clear attempt to exploit and take advantage of customers. Moreover, the attitude of the dealership's staff was beyond disappointing. Instead of providing satisfactory customer service, they seemed dismissive and unhelpful. They displayed a complete lack of empathy towards my situation and failed to offer any reasonable explanation for the rental car charges. It was evident that they were more interested in making a quick profit rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. Considering the terrible treatment I received and the blatant attempt to charge me for a rental car that should have been covered by the warranty, I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Honda of the Avenues. They have shown a complete disregard for their customers' rights and satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reputable dealership that respects its customers and honors their warranties. I sincerely hope that my negative experience serves as a warning to others, and that Honda of the Avenues takes the necessary steps to rectify their unethical practices and improve their customer service standards. Both female service center techs were very courteous and provided great customer service. The warranty service preformed was done just when it was supposed to be.
