Jon was my salesperson for the last 2 Buicks I leased, but he always goes BEYOND just the sale. He's always available to either help me understand the features of my Buick, and this time he helped me sch but he always goes BEYOND just the sale. He's always available to either help me understand the features of my Buick, and this time he helped me schedule my Buick for a service appointment when I couldn't get a return call from the service dept. after leaving 2 messages! Besides coming to my rescue, he always follows up to ensure I am satisfied with whatever situation he helped me with. No wonder he continues to achieve outstanding recognition and accolades! More

Their ok, I think it could be better if they had more shop foremen. On my truck they misdiagnose my problem, they thought it was just the battery, but it was also the battery cable.
