I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received regarding my recent vehicle purchase. After purchasing my new vehicle, I contacted the dealership because I needed assista service I have received regarding my recent vehicle purchase. After purchasing my new vehicle, I contacted the dealership because I needed assistance obtaining the proper documentation so I could register my vehicle for base access. Unfortunately, instead of receiving help, I was treated very disrespectfully by a representative named Lindsay. As a customer, I was simply asking for assistance with documents related to my new vehicle, and I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to. The following day, I contacted the dealership again and spoke with a manager. He acknowledged my concerns and assured me that he would email me the necessary documents. I waited the entire day, but I never received anything. As a result, I am still unable to obtain the correct documentation needed for base access. As a customer who made a significant purchase from your dealership, I expected better communication, professionalism, and follow-through. Instead, I have experienced poor customer service, broken promises, and unnecessary frustration while simply trying to obtain documents that should have been provided. At this point, I feel ignored and disrespected. I respectfully request that someone from dealership leadership contact me promptly, provide the correct documents, and address the customer service concerns I experienced. I hope this matter can be resolved quickly so I can finally enjoy my new vehicle without continuing to deal with these unnecessary issues. More

Before i get tje Bronco from tje dealer i notice a lot of dents. I told them im not gonna get the car until they will fix it. And, give me back my key. We recently purchased a used 2017 Toyota Tundra from Honolulu Ford and unfortunately had a very DISAPPOINTING experience. We paid above Kelley Blue Book value believing we were purchasing a vehicle t Honolulu Ford and unfortunately had a very DISAPPOINTING experience. We paid above Kelley Blue Book value believing we were purchasing a vehicle that had been properly inspected and honestly represented by the dealership. After bringing the truck home, we discovered significant roof damage that had never been disclosed during the sales process. The damage includes multiple dents, scrapes, and deformation across the roof panel. Once we noticed the damage, we contacted the dealership immediately. Rather than working with us toward a reasonable resolution, we were told the vehicle was sold “as is,” and they claimed the damage was not present at delivery. We absolutely did not cause this damage after leaving the lot. Based on the extent and visibility of the damage, it appears the condition existed prior to delivery. We requested proof of the truck’s condition at the time of sale, including photos or inspection documentation, but none has been provided to us. The most disappointing part has been the dealership’s refusal to take accountability or even attempt a compromise solution. Buying a used vehicle already requires trust, and this experience has seriously damaged our confidence in this dealership. Our recommendation: shop at ANOTHER dealership. At minimum, thoroughly inspect every inch of any used vehicle — including the roof and hard-to-see areas — before signing paperwork or driving off the lot. More
