I worked with Kristen Rinz and she was the greatest! She listened to my past experiences and we spoke of my past purchases from other Ford dealers on the mainland. After a short time she said, " let me bring something to you I think you will like" She brought out my F150 Lightning and I was blown away! After test driving the vehicle, I immediately knew I was taking it home. Kristen was attentive and caring of my needs. Once all the paperwork was done, she could have moved on to another customer.
