I recently purchased a BMW X5 from the dealership. It was a great process very friendly no issues. The vehicle within two weeks had a check engine light and other issues. I returned to the dealership to use a great process very friendly no issues. The vehicle within two weeks had a check engine light and other issues. I returned to the dealership to use the warranty that the dealership provides and it was dropped off on 14 June 2021 and still waiting for approval leaving me carless since they don’t provide loaners. This has definitely discouraged me on purchasing another used vehicle from the company. More

First time,I got my cadillac back after putting on four new tires and found black marking all over on my rims., Second, time, I had I took my in for repairs I found a crack on front drivers side headlight new tires and found black marking all over on my rims., Second, time, I had I took my in for repairs I found a crack on front drivers side headlights. Only saw the crack only when I was polishing my car. The blacks marking I took off myself. The crack on the headlight I called about it today, but no one called me back. I really want someone call me about this. I'll wait till nextweek. It wasn't like this before. What's going on? Hey! I really take care of my car. Rating for GM policy of making trash batteries and then not having a warranty and charging $400+ for a new battery of the same "quality" ..
