It was a GREAT experience, I had recently moved to Oahu and Jon Palting was very helpful, he understood my situation, I needed a vehicle that would accommodate my husband and a wheelchair. I had also done and Jon Palting was very helpful, he understood my situation, I needed a vehicle that would accommodate my husband and a wheelchair. I had also done my research, I told him of my trade-in, some money down and we were able to put me in a 2017 Honda HR-V, he delivered it to us and picked up our trade-in, easy peasy, handled all the paperwork made it pretty simple for me, my husband is bed ridden after he suffered two heart attacks and two brain stem strokes which left him stuck in bed for now, I've dealt with some other dealers who can care less about your situation all their concern is selling a car, Jon is a trailblazer he is concerned with the customer, the right vehicle doing the job its intended for and is a representative of the GMC store he works for. He has kept in touch with me and has answer question about the vehicle with me planning to install a portable lift to transport my husband to and from appointments and outings with friends, our New to us Honda HR-V is a blessing, my previous car was to small for the special wheelchair, Bruce and myself. Thanks for a Great experience during the pandemic. More
