last service was a very bad experience. my battery wasn’t holding charge so i brought truck back in. because i had the same problem 2 years ago they did tests and found that the battery w my battery wasn’t holding charge so i brought truck back in. because i had the same problem 2 years ago they did tests and found that the battery was faulty. then i was told that i have to pay for testing and to install new battery. if it was faulty, why should i pay anything? its not my fault that they used a crappy battery that never last past warranty. and i would think testing to see that there’s no short would benefit the service dept from reoccurring problems. i also paid $3500 for extended bumper to bumper warranty which i was later told doesn’t cover this. and to top it all, i was told that if the battery goes bad again, they won’t cover it because its the third time! its like a threat to not bring it back cause it happened twice. why would they even threaten me if they found that the battery was faulty and tests were negative. it just makes no sense, so i paid and left pissed. it would have been cheaper to just go somewhere else and buy a better battery and change it myself. Irene provided excellent service regarding the repairs to my Escalade. She provided up-to-the-minute updates and made me feel important when it came to making sure I had transportation to and from the dealer my Escalade.
