Not quite sure why I had the experience that I did. Firstly it took almost 2 months to get the appt. Secondly when making the appointment I was not told that they would need the vehicle all day. Thirdly no car at the end of the day, no call to explain why. I had to call the next day to inquire as to what happened. CAR NOT CLEANED when returned to me!
