My experience on day of purchase was ok, but follow up has not been good. I was promised that headlight issues with new car would be addressed promptly, but I have had to follow up on my own to no avail. has not been good. I was promised that headlight issues with new car would be addressed promptly, but I have had to follow up on my own to no avail. Even after my follow up, I have received no contact back from dealership regarding this issue. I expect this matter to be resolved. Another matter that did not sit well with me was that on the day the sale was completed, the salesperson Gregory, (while we were sitting in my new car) had me log into the system and give him a 5 star rating while he was looking on to make sure I gave him "5 stars" and wrote an acceptable review. I chose this dealership instead of my previous very large Honda dealership (from which I had purchased 3 vehicles) because I expected more from Hubert Vester Honda. I have reservations about referring my friends to this dealership. More
