They left my glove box sitting in the floor board, didn't re-install after checking the cabin filter I assume. I went to get my car serviced and also an additional alignment done. I waited almost 2 hours and when I drove my car to work it began to veer left. I called the service rep and he asked me to come back alignment done. I waited almost 2 hours and when I drove my car to work it began to veer left. I called the service rep and he asked me to come back to get it checked out. I told him I couldn’t leave work again and asked could he have someone pick up my car. They did and brought it back after aligning the second time. The guy who brought it back didn’t know what the issue was. I test drove it and again had the same issue. I called back and the service rep was very rude. He told me “well it’s working fine for us it’s aligned perfect” then I told him it is having the issue for me and needed to be fixed. He caught an attitude and said you need to bring it back and drive with the technician then. I did and the technician tried to make it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about and I was so frustrated that I just took him back and left. I have videos showing what my car is doing and they didn’t want to hear it. I went and got a second opinion and the guy said I was right there’s something off. I feel as though they don’t actually care about their customers and were doing that because I’m a woman. More
Called ahead to make sure they had the right fitting to access my tranny fluid, I was assured they had the correct equipment, and when asked if I could speak to a tech to confirm that before I drive there access my tranny fluid, I was assured they had the correct equipment, and when asked if I could speak to a tech to confirm that before I drive there from 40 miles away and waste my time, Bonnie swiftly dismissed me and told me "we don't let them (technicians) talk on the phone"... Weird, and, probably the first red flag. After waiting for an hour (the time I was quoted for the job to be completed) I was told they DO NOT have the correct fitting to do the job, and furthermore, that they would not have been able to know until they saw the car. Seriously? Where is Ashton Kutcher? Am I being punked? More
