Then I called & spoke with their representive, Larry & he answered all my questions & helped me reach an agreement on price. I would say that it was relatively painless. They brought the car to me along with the paperwork to sign, etc. The drivers were pleasant & helpful. Lastly, I made out my check for 2K more by accident and, Nick called me to inform me about that and the refund that I would be getting as well as my copies or paperwork. I am impressed with everything and looked forward to the next 2 years of dealing with Vester and will be telling everyone I know about my experience. More
I was nervous when I went to purchase my car I was at home and they called me and said pick a car you want. I lived almost 45 mins from the dealership and they sent a Uber for me to bring me to the deale home and they called me and said pick a car you want. Lack of Car Detailing and Time It Took to Pickup Car I was advised that the car was ready; however upon arrival, I learned at had not been detailed. pathetic my usual oil change/tire rotation appointments take hours so this time I dropped my car off the night before for my 8:30am appointment the next mornin my usual oil change/tire rotation appointments take hours so this time I dropped my car off the night before for my 8:30am appointment the next morning. When I arrived at 12:30 to pick it up I was ignored by two staff when I asked what was going on with my car. Finally I had to ask for a manager and explained to him that I was very disappointed that it was now 1:15 and I was still here and had an 8:30 oil change appointment. My bill was also wrong because they charged me for tire rotation when the tires were bought from them so it was supposed to be free. The manager made several excuses such as pandemic issues and short staff but I quickly told him we haven't been in a pandemic for the past 5 years when I've been waiting all day for an oil change that I had scheduled an appointment with. I also told him that I would never purchase another car or have any additional service done at this location. I understand things happen and there will be delays but this is their norm. I have finally learned my lesson. I will not go back and unless you have an entire day to spend on an oil change I would suggest not going. More

Read your contract because they will lie to you. I didn’t know I had free window tint in my contract until Jennifer call me. Once they found out I was getting my tint done.
